Donald Trump pulled into my driveway in a long black limo that sported a bumper sticker reading, “Big Hands Rule.” He finished listening to Flight of the Valkyries before he swaggered inside. Bernie Sanders later that night arrived in a 1971 Volkswagen bus. The bus had a bumper sticker that read, “Please inhale before voting.”
