Manfred Welfonder claims he was insulted and treated rudely and that the Colony Association breached its financial duty in choosing Unicorp over his redevelopment proposal. The attorney for the Colony Association of Unit Owners says Welfonder’s claim is baseless, without merit and evidence and that he was given every opportunity to submit a viable plan and he simply was not chosen.
