Colony Lender in agreement with Unicorp placed the high bid of $15,200,100 and bought several pieces of collateral including the common property, tennis courts, restaurant, spa, swimming pool and other assets critical to the consolidation and eventual redevelopment of the resort which has been closed since August 2010.
