New menu at Cedars Bar and Grill

Hal Christensen made his debut as partner of Cedars Bar & Grill on Thursday night. Christensen and the Cedars staff held a menu sampling to preview the restaurants new menu developed by Christensen.

With a fresh look in the dining room and a completely refurbished kitchen and a new menu Christensen and staff gave guests a taste of what’s to come. Guests dined on featured favorites such as” Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese; a half Maine lobster with Fontana cheese, rigatonie and grilled corn; cheese burger sliders, with applewood thick cut bacon, cabot white cheddar on a soft dinner roll with tomato and arugula. Other tried the seaed U10 scallops with truffle bacon, risotto, sauteed greens and hot bacon dressing. Whatever the dish, guests left with a sated palette and reason to return.
