Marina Jack’s parent gets back tax order
Jack Graham Inc. has reportedly been instructed to pay $250,000 in back taxes after a two-year lawsuit with Sarasota County. Jack Graham is the parent company of Marina Jack, and has allegedly avoided paying taxes on the bayfront property for more than 20 years.
The Sarasota County property appraiser’s office stated the current settlement still contains a negotiated assessed value, which would give a 50 percent break on the company’s back taxes.
