Tree code to be reviewed

The Town Commission determined Thursday that several members of the commission would join members of the Planning and Zoning Board to form a subcommittee to review the town’s tree code. The chairman of the Planning and Zoning Board, BJ Webb, had requested that the three members of the board and several commissioners form a subcommittee to examine and rewrite the existing tree code. Board members Patricia Zunz, Phineas Alpers and Al Hixon also agreed to serve on the subcommittee.
