Key Club Attorney says if the Town is going to look at all codes or undertake a Comp Plan revision process, than forget the request and the Key Club will apply under existing rules. Commissioner Hal Lenobel near end of Patterson’s remarks asks Patterson if he is willing to withdraw request to amend the codes and Patterson says ‘Yes.” Before voting to withdraw the request, a break is called by Bob Siekmann and after that the meeting then changes dramatically and all Commissioners except Hal Lenobel vote to send the specific codes back to the Planning and Zoning board that are an obstacle to Key Club application.
